  Yummm got the cauliflower bowl with a hasbrown. Great contrast of texture and very filling. Has sultanas in it though so if you're not a fan of sultanas stay away haha

  My first visit to Alfa and totally agree with the reviews. Bright place with a nice vibe, friendly staff and yes hash brown Benedict was truly very good! Add to that the Avocado on toast

  Family friendly breakfast joint in Seddon, gets busy so advise booking in advance if you're in a big group.
  Staff are really friendly, food and coffee is also top notch, highly recommend their chili scramble! So yummy!

  Don't quite understand the rave reviews. The food was just almost alright, not standout.
  The okonomiyaki was more an adapted version - a vegetable fritter with not quite the right amount of batter for an okonomiyaki, different vegetables, not enough sauce, and a mayo as a blob on the side. It was also mostly soft, without crisp bits that make okonomiyaki good. If they called it just a vegetable fritter and you weren't expecting something else, it might be ok. The twice cooked pork belly with it was overdone, so tough.
  The salt and pepper squid, a safer choice, was alright.
  The supposed Matcha latte was definitely a misnomer. No perceptible matcha (even when it was left to settle, there wasn't any green visible), and topped with cinnamon?? Definitely don't get it here.

  Love the new menu options. The place is great, staff are lovely and the service is absolute best.
  
  P.S: Make sure you try their favourite carrot cake.

  A great place for breakfast and catching up with friends and colleagues. Staff are friendly and prices are reasonable. All day meals and drinks are delicious and a good serving. My espresso was either really strong or burnt and bitter, other than that, highly recommended.

  Great service. Loved V who served us! Good was amazing! Can’t wait for next week’s new menu. Their magic coffee with oatmeal was on point!

  First time visitor. It was good. Friendly staff with a spacious dining floor, plenty of room with outdoor seating. The food is well presented, menu is somewhat limited but a good variety. Had the smashed avo with poached eggs as extra, which was well flavoured, the kids scrambled eggs was a let down, oily and not so pleasant on this occasion. 3.5 stars really.

  Food is good, but a mixture of quality of staff. Reasonable nearby free parking. Nice cakes for sale.

  The cake was nice but it wasn't the chocolate mousse cake I ordered. I ended up receiving a really rich chocolate mud cake instead. I probably will try order a Chocolate Mousse cake from another bakery instead next time I want a chocolate Mousse cake. - Frequency Wavelength

  Great food and wonderful service. A really nice breakfast/lunch dinning venue. The staff were friendly and more than willing to help with my dietary request. Nice relaxed decor and delicious food!

  We revisited after about 2-3 years.
  
  I was pretty impressed with the fresh baked goods on offer - which I had plenty of time to observe as we waited to be seated...
  
  After a while no one took interest in seating us we just found an empty table.
  
  Drinks were good, servers was a bit mixed.
  
  Though the food came out missing poached eggs. All the meals are generously sized and not of bad quality.
  
  Though it was a mission to get service for the poached egg, as well as trying to find someone to pay.
  
  Food would get 3.5 out of 5 but service and atmosphere let us down.

  This place is a great place for breakfast. The staff are very friendly. The food is really good and coffee is great. Nice atmosphere too. Highly recommended!

  Food was great, however it took forever to be looked after. I just wanted a take away pre made sandwich and I had to wait for at least 5 people to get their custom made subway style sandwiches. I was in there for at least 15 minutes. I think the service could be more efficient!
